It has two modes which allow it to be used on full power for more overgrown areas, or switch to a reduced power setting which enables the battery to last longer during lighter duty work. The Automatic Line Feed system means that the line is automatically replaced as needed so you don't have to stop to replenish it whenever it gets broken, and for edging work the head of the machine can be rotated, whereby the integrated guide wheel allows it to be comfortably rolled along surfaces like garden paving. The BCST918 is designed to be used comfortably by a range of different users and features a telescopic shaft which can be easily extended or shortened as required. Additionally it features an adjustable auxiliary handle.
